Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused).

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@fullprofitness.com.Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your item

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., supplements, protein powders, foods)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements above (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase included).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@fullprofitness.com.
